This event is subject to LIMITED CAPACITY. The first 1,000 attendees will be granted access to the event.

To ensure your best chances of securing a spot, please carefully read and follow the instructions below!

Instructions

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Ford Park Ticket: To be eligible to attend the pop-up event, you must present a valid ticket to the MAIN FORD PARK SHOW ON FEB 17.

  2. Wristband: This will provide you access to the show only. 

  3. Lift Ticket, Scenic Gondola ticket, or Epic Pass: This is required in order to grant you access to the Gondola which will take you to Eagles Nest.

  4. 18 or older

 

STEPS TO ATTEND

Step 1: Obtain Wristband via Pop-Up Wristband Tent.  

  • Wristbands will be distributed at our pop-up tent located at Lionshead Village across from the base of Eagles Bhan Gondola #19. 

  • Pop-Up Wristband Tent will open on Sunday, FEB 18 at 9:00am. We encourage everyone to arrive before this time in-order to line up and give you the best chance to get a wristband.

Wristbands are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. The first 1,000 attendees in-line will be granted access to the event.

Wristbands are 1 PER PERSON (If you have 6 people in your group all 6 people must show up to obtain a wristband)

 

Step 2: Obtain Lift Ticket or Gondola Scenic Ticket

  • A lift ticket, gondola scenic ticket, or Epic Season pass is REQUIREDto grant you to access to the Gondola which will take you to Eagles Nest.

  • Lift or gondola scenic tickets can be purchased in-person at the Lionshead Village Ticketing Office right after you obtain your Pop-Up Wristband.

  • Epic Season Passes will also be accepted.  Please ensure your season pass grants you access to Vail Resorts on the day of the event. (THE EVENT FALLS ON A BLACK-OUT DAY)

Step 3: Access the Event 

  • Ride Eagles Bhan Gondola #19 to Eagles Nest

  • Doors will open at 11:30am.
